Your PC,
sorted.
Custom builds, repairs and tech support from two blokes who do this for fun and happen to be very good at it. No jargon, no upsell, no sending it off to a warehouse for three weeks.
Straight prices. You buy the parts, we do the work.
Labour only. You keep every receipt and every warranty in your own name, and nobody can tell you we marked up a graphics card.
Custom build
Tell us the budget and what you play. We spec it, you order it, we build it, cable-manage it, update everything and hand it over with a plain-English guide on the desktop.
Repair & diagnose
Won't turn on, blue screens, running hot, running slow. Diagnostic fee comes off the repair if you go ahead.
Upgrade
More RAM, a bigger SSD, a new graphics card, a proper cooler. We'll tell you if it's worth it before you spend a penny.
Clean & service
Dust out, repaste, fan curves set, drivers updated. A PC that's gone loud and hot usually just needs this.
Windows rescue
Fresh install, data moved over, bloatware gone. For machines that have become unusable through no fault of their own.
Console-to-PC switch
Coming from Xbox or PlayStation? We set up Game Pass, Steam, your controller and sensible graphics settings so it feels like a console that happens to be better.
Four steps, no mystery.
- Tell us the problemMessage us with what's wrong or what you want. Photos help. The assistant in the corner can take it down if we're mid-build.
- Get a straight answerWe say what it needs, what it costs and whether it's worth doing. If it isn't, we'll say so.
- We do the workDrop-off, collection or at yours around Port Talbot. You get a message when it's done.
- It comes back with a guideEvery job leaves with notes on what we did and how to keep it that way. Problems after? Ask.
We build the ones we'd want ourselves.
Clean cable runs, quiet fan curves, no RGB unless you ask for RGB. A few we've done.

What we won't do
We won't sell you a part you don't need. We won't install "optimiser" software. We won't tell you an 8GB card does 4K. We won't take a job we can't do properly; if it's a board-level fault beyond us, we'll say so and point you somewhere that can.
Things people ask
Do you supply the parts?
Normally you buy them. We send a parts list with links, you order, it arrives at yours, we build. You keep the warranties. For small bits during a repair (a fan, a cable, thermal paste) we'll usually have it on the shelf.
How long does a build take?
A day or two once all the parts are in. Updates, fan curves and testing take longer than the screwdriver bit.
Do you do laptops and consoles?
Laptops yes for drives, RAM, screens, keyboards, cleaning and Windows. Consoles for cleaning, repaste (£35) and drive upgrades. Custom loops, hardline or full sleeving are priced from £150, as they can take a full day. Board-level repair we're honest about case by case.
Where are you?
Port Talbot. Drop-off and collection around town, or we come to you nearby.
What if it breaks after?
Message us. If it's something we did, we fix it. If a part has failed, we'll help you with the warranty claim.
